Create Manual Booking

Use this for phone, Facebook, email or other bookings made outside the app. Single-day and consecutive multi-day bookings save into the same BMFI trip system.

Creates one linked operational trip for each day. Each day can have its own trip type, duration, trip price and guide. Start time and party details remain shared for the booking.
Use one guide for the whole booking or choose a different guide for each fishing day.
Defaults to next in rotation. Busy guides are marked from existing scheduled trips.
Multi-day booking: configure each fishing day below. Every day gets its own trip type, duration, price, guide, calendar event and operational trip record while remaining linked as one client booking. The primary waiver set is attached to Day 1 for the booking group.

Split Same-Day Booking

For large groups fishing more than once on the same date. Morning and evening sessions can have separate start times, party sizes and multiple guides. Busy guides stay selectable with an Admin Override warning.

Morning Session

One guide selector appears for each boat. For groups over 4, the portal recommends enough boats for about 4 guests per boat.
