Busch Mountain Fishing Intelligence (BMFI) customers can request permanent deletion of their BMFI account and deletable personal app data.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to BMFI.
- Open More and then My Account.
- Scroll to Privacy & Data.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm the permanent deletion prompts.
Eligible customer-account deletion removes the BMFI authentication account and deletable personal app data such as the account profile, app subscription entitlement records, Guide Direct messages and stored Guide Direct photos, notifications, saved app data tied to the account, and unscheduled account-linked requests.
Request deletion outside the app
If you cannot access the app, email buschmountainfishingguide@gmail.com with the subject BMFI Account Deletion Request. Send the request from the email address associated with the BMFI account when possible. Busch Mountain Fishing Guide Service may need to verify account ownership before completing an emailed deletion request.
Business records that may be retained
Deleting the BMFI app account does not necessarily delete records that Busch Mountain Fishing Guide Service must reasonably retain for guide-service operations, completed or scheduled bookings, accounting, safety, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Where appropriate, the BMFI account linkage is removed from retained business records.
Staff accounts
Guide and administrator accounts are operational business accounts connected to guide assignments and historical business records. Those accounts must be removed by an administrator rather than through the customer self-service deletion button.
